A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, along with a valid card on file.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in the 50% deposit being retained. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at 100%.
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this, please check your junk or spam folder or get in touch with us to ensure your booking has gone through correctly.
We recommend booking in advance, especially for peak times or specific dates. Our online system allows bookings up to 2 months ahead. For anything beyond this, please contact us.
If you're looking for a last-minute appointment, select “Any” team member to view the earliest availability.
